MeatWorks @ Solaris

April 30, 2012 - Today Winnie had organized college gathering session in conjunction of Labor Day Celebration.

Sometimes we should pamper ourselves, with regards of fulfilling ourselves after long working hours.

Proud of Winnie as she successfully invited 9 members inclusive of herself (Okay Fai, Yuvis, Wayn Lao, Yap Andy, Lim Alson, Guang Too, Jim and myself)

Meatwork is a unique concept, blending a full-blown restaurant, butchery, deli and meat studio. This restaurant is conceptualized with meat as their main signature dish.

Interior decor with white wooden concept and red bricks wall.

The beverage bar is just in front of the kitchen and meat counter. No alcohol serve.

My gang of college members.

The drawings hang on the wall perfectly matched with red bricks concept.

Mushroom Soup - Price n/a
This is one of crowd pleasing appetizer.

Soup Ekor - Price n/a
This meal boost enticingly zesty flavors, brilliant for whetting the appetite.

Fondant Potato (signature dish) - Price: RM12
Russet potato mashed with butter and topped with fresh parsley.

Cream Potato Mashed - Price: RM12
Sauteed and served with corned beef.

Roast 1/2 Chicken - Price: RM30
Served with a side of organic green. The meat fairly flavorsome.

Lamb Shank - Price: RM65
Reared for maximum tenderness. I have tried both 100% cooked and 70% cooked, personally am more into 70% cooked which is much sumptuous taste.

Sirloin Steak - Price: n/a
Not a good choice for this.

Baked Silver Cod Fish: Price: n/a
Too fishy, and don't like the sauce neither.

Junior Napolitana - Price: RM12
Spaghetti tossed in a homemade tomato sauce with tasty parmesan cheese.
